Viven the issues reported with 13th gen Intel cpu's, I've decided to downclock my 13700k until the August update. I just want to be sure if I'm doing it correctly. Is it fine if I modify the pcore ratio to 50 so it just reaches 5,000mhz?
1. Is it normal that when changing the value from auto to 50, the adjusted cpu frequency also changes from 3,400mhz to 5,000mhz? Wouldn’t that be overclocking?
2. Is it fine if I leave the vcore on auto if I’m just downclocking?

Also two more questions:

Please bear with me I’m a noob.
I run 13700K too, and I found this post with recommended settings to “maximize stability”:
