I got a brand new CPU overnighted thru Amazon and this thing still won't turn on. The blue tape is because the tiny clip broke holding the battery in(terrible design). It gets 3.3v DC to the power sw pins and the PSU gets 12v when forced on so I know things are working. Jumping the power sw does absolutely nothing. My next step is to boot up my laptop and do a bios flash from a flashdrive and see if it will post from that.
