4:10 Before you had to grind the agent contracts using the xp from the matches you get. Now u can use those kingdom credits (it's in-game currency and u can't buy it with real money) to buy the agents. It's way easier now as, you can easily get 8k KC (which is needed to unlock the agents) in like 3 days from completing the daily challenges and playing a game or 2 a day. So, u can unlock an Agent every 3-4 day, instead of like a week or 2 before. Ofc you can buy them with real money using valorant points as well.
It's not someone hacked. if someone doesn't play for a while they have to recover their account. that happened to my alt account because i doesn't play from it for a while(like 3 months or something)_
