looks like the inside of the Borg’s cube mothership. Thats a trip!
They’ve changed the internal geography there. It used to be way easier to get to the top.
Looks a bit like they wanted it to be available to go into but scrapped it like many things at the release, or it’s just copy past with different color from another mega building. Either way sad that it isn’t.
Parkouring around the skyscrapers were my favorite late-game hobby. Once you’re done with the game, I recommend noclipping around for awhile. A bunch of Johnny & brain dance locations are hidden inside of buildings.
