I just kill them under the overpass now. I backed out my 1st time through. Then I played along just to see how they handle the religious parts. Wasn’t offended or upset at all. I just don’t bother anymore. You get paid either way. I can never save Bill, though.

It *insists* upon itself

I didn’t even know that was a quest my first two playthroughs. I saw the guy get shot and just unloaded like crazy on the cop and blew up the car and killed everyone both times. I just thought, “what a gonk getting killed by a cop. That cop was really tough tho what’s his deal?” And then going on with my playthrough. Thought the point of the quest was something about revenge being pointless.
Pklnt
I’ve never regretted doing a quest the first time.
The second time though? Some are just tedious.
I straight up skip them by shoving a bullet into this guy’s head.
Jeremy_Melton
Me neither. It’s hard as hell to follow the guy due to the constant vehicles that are scripted to be in the way.
Accomplished_Car2803
Mega cringe quest, if the cop didn’t have ridiculously overtuned BBEG armor and damage for 0 reason before 2.0 I never would have done anything but blow them up.
Lookbehindyou132
I think it’d be a lot more popular of a questline if the first stage made it out of alpha development. Seriously, it feels like they made that quest first and never changed it.
OrneryBaby
I only do it because i think johnny’s “if you don’t go with them i’m never talking to you again” line is funny.
I’ve done it 7 times and I can confidently say it doesn’t get better, in fact it gets more annoying every time. >!The studio mission after it is cool though, I like that it lets you pray before committing sacrilege!<
MasterAnnatar
I did the quest once and in further playthroughs I just don’t engage in that quest at all.
Necessary-Tree-4426
I think it’s an interesting mission that I do sometimes, but it’s grossly overhyped by a lot of players in my opinion.
rover_G
Most annoying quest with no rewards ¯_(ツ)_/¯
TypicalBloke83
Finished it twice and currently I’m not even starting it :p
futurehousehusband69
I didnt care for it
LeviSalt
What they are speaking, Peter, is a language of subtlety, something you don’t understand.
The999Mind
It’s the only quest line I never had the patience to finish. Just lay em all out under the bridge.
PabloMarmite
I just took the money when it was offered. It was a dumb idea and I don’t wanna crucify anyone.
datankerbeast
My first playthru I didn’t even know I didn’t do the quest the whole way thru. Second play thru I was just like 👁️👄👁️
SmartAlec13
I think it’s a pretty neat quest, surprised to see so many here who didn’t like it. I guess it’s a bit tedious to get through, but if you’re just vibing with the story it’s good
Father_Prist
I’ve played this game about 12 times and ive never finished sinnerman, beat on the brat, or claire’s racing quest
KainDracula
Good for you, it’s a terrible quest.
SpiritJuice
Best side mission in the whole game. Absolutely love the clash between the human spirit versus aiding the gross exploitation of said human spirit. A quest doesn’t need to be action packed to be interesting.

You were right not to finish it.
