Summary:
Shots 1-5: Clearly missed.
Shots 6-9: Missed due to recoil (bad spray control).
Shots 10-11: Very close, but recoil and inaccuracy make these reasonable misses.
Shot 12: Likely didn’t actually fire because you was already dead.

It’s a known bug called “what you see is what you may get depending on your ping, other persons ping, fps, monitor hz, server location, and time of day”. It’s very well known and discussed, and may or may not be fixed before the release of cs3 in the year 2080. The gameplay might not feel as satisfying as csgo, but goddamn those skins look good in source2 lighting. Go ahead and spend your savings on a 10% ROI investment in case unboxings to show your appreciation for the drip fed map updates you may or may not even play.
