If they just form the basic union they should absolutely pay extra for the collective bargaining DLC and the special Union Rep skin.

I’m glad last year’s SAG-AFTRA strike is having ripple effects on the gaming industry, even if it only came after a brutal few years of layoffs. Hopefully unionization becomes much more common across the entire industry.

I like this trend. I hope it continues and spreads to more studios.

Plenty of people are getting rich off of overworking these people.

This is something that needs to happen Industry wide. Hopefully this continues outside of companies owned by Microsoft.

I usually do not like labor unions due to the tendency of them becoming useless bickering with corporate, or mafias that bully the other employees as much as corporate for not supporting them.

However, i know about Thor and i heard the stories. Blizzard deserves this, probably more than Bethesda, Activision or any development studio.

    >That agreement was subsequently extended to other Microsoft employees within ZeniMax, paving the way for almost 250 workers at Bethesda Game Studios to unionize earlier this week.

Wait what? Why do they need a fucking agreement to do what is their right under the law to do? I’m pretty sure companies are not allowed to stop employees from unionizing

Blizzard and Bethesda have been offshoring lots of work for a long time. This will accelerate that longstanding trend.

No stopping Triffin’s Dilemma any time soon

Yeeesssss YEEESSS! LET IT FUCKING SNOWBALL, BABY! COME ON! They _ALL_ need to unionize.

Nothing gets me harder than treating people right.
