Around 5 to 6% of all gamers on Steam use Intel, and I’m sure that many more don’t use Steam at all.
Once knew a guy who finished Assassin’s Creed @ 15FPS. That was a true gamer right there.

When I see people complain about crappy but playable performance today, younger me would have done anything to play north of 10FPS (Doom 3 Voodoo patch ftw!) instead of being locked out due to DX7 hardware limitations on a card that quickly grew obsolete.
