One of my favorite perks, at 15 cool, is the one that allows you to activate stealth at will (instead of one and done untill full recharge) when you crouch sprint. It allows you to position yourself right behind them and you can easily take them down non lethally.
Gotta grab and bag him quickly. Although I prefer if he’s 6 feet under.
Your job isn’t to bring him to justice. Your job is to bring justice to him. End him.
Get him low health and just rush in for a gun melee smack
Jotaro may be the worst excuse for a human being in the game not named Saburo Arasaka.
Avenge Jake, Keiko, and Tracy Owen. End him with extreme malice. Use a really good shotgun with a Vivisector mod. Gib him into as many chunks as possible.
Guns are lethal, unless you are using a pacifier mod for them. So one good idea would be not to shoot him.
You’re a netrunner bro, just use sonic shock/mempry wipe and walk up and knock him out. Or yknow just system collapse.
Have you tried beating him with a Dildo?
Just sneak in and grab him. If hes to high level/ strong go do other stuff until you level up and its easier
Lots of ways you could take him alive, since you’re using smart guns I imagine you’re going for a runner build.
* There’s always the classic short-circ, which is non-lethal. Get him to half health and zap him till he drops.
* Memory wipe stuns them for a few seconds (depending on your hack’s level), allowing you to grab and choke them even during combat.
* Ranged weapon melee is always non-lethal. Flashbang him, or combine weapon jam + cripple movement + reset optics to get close and beat his ass.
* You can always use a baseball bat if all else fails.
