They REALLY want people to buy new computers.

The line in the article “**Why it matters:** CDPR has always made technologically advanced games despite their scope.” is completely wrong.

Just as long as the open world AI is actually immersive and of high quality this time.

Quixel assets looked better in the RE than in any UE project so far so it might take a lot more work than initially intended and given the notorious problems inherent to UE we might see another mess at release.

That’s literally just a job description. Developers use phrases like these all the time in their job descriptions. No need to get excited and create false hype when CDPR themselves haven’t even advertised anything. Btw, 2077 itself is already quite photorealistic.

Genuine question: does anyone actually care about having better graphics in their games at this point?

  7. ARRRRRR! Target them pc whales!

They spend the most and play the least!

I wonder if the game will be 3th or first person. (or both)

They will try to make it more cinematic i read.

The graphics were never the issue with the game though…

No we are not doing this again…

I really only hope it targets a flawless launch, like naughty dog and insomniac do

Let’s just hope the engine gives a way to change between rendering engine

Unreal itself is going to that direction. I hope the game will be better optimalized and it won’t break after every update, like 2077.

It’s kinda humbling when I run all of my games on 300+ fps, but 2077 is running barely on 45 fps.

Wont matter if the rest of the game is bad like 2077

2077 looked great. Best city in history of gaming and whoop IS THAT a flying car? And is that a 9 polygon cop?

Things like this can easily break immersion especially if you want things to look as real as possible.

would prefer they make the open world feel like an open world again, I don’t like whatever they did to night city

I think it’s because they would be shifting from RedEngine to Unreal Engine 5
