It’s likely samsung, G.SKill has a partnership with them, though if you know how to tune, the sticks can perform very well.
Here are some links to my personal build that has Samsung sticks aswell (G.Skill S5 32GB kit) so slightly lower tier than yours even.

6000MT CL30 is Hynix-A

honestly I’ll say skip these.
these require additional cooling even in expo setting.
buy better ram with bigger heatsinks
My gskill flare x5 is Hynix A die. It overclocks very easily.
I have RipJaw S5 6000mt CL36 kit, and it’s Samsung. Most of G.Skill’s lower speed memory and non-Triton is Samsung. May depend on the CL timing. That said, I’ve hit 6000mt CL30 easily on my kit, but it’s Intel and XMP, so this may not do the same on AMD.
