First off, it wasn’t “Cyberpunk 2077” that removed that mod, it was Nexus Mods.
Second, it wasn’t very well done. He was swapped out for a Joy-Toy. A female one.
Finally, you can still find it out there, just not on the Nexus.

I think all the characters that have their in-game appearance based on a real person get removed from the sex mods as its a bit of a grey area. I know the mod that let’s you watch braindances at Lizzies doesn’t let you use Johnny, Sol Reed or the chick who steals your car in the Nomad misson (based on her voice actress Alanah Pearce).
