Newbie here! I'm trying to undervolt my GPU in order to get it's temps down but no matter what I do the voltage is always maxed out under load. Any advice? I've been using AMD Software to tune my GPU but I have MSI afterburner open with all the same settings aswell.

    My specs are a 5700X3D CPU, 6700 XT GPU, 16GB of DDR4 3200mhz RAM and a 650W PSU. I’ve also tried lowering the power limit but this would decrease clock speeds AND voltage at a small rate still disconnected to what I’ve written (1070 mV)
