I’m assuming the set up is ps5 based since that’s all I see. I would get one of those wall hanging mounts for the ps5.
Then I would get a monitor mount to the desk.
I know you don’t use a mouse and keyboard but a large mouse mat on the desk still gives a nice touch. Then maybe a shelf or two.
On one shelf put like fake or real plants or a cool action figure (don’t overload it lol) then on the second shelf get a razer ps5 charger for the controller. Above the monitor add a framed picture of some sort. You could always get some nice speakers or a sound bar too if you wanted to be bougie lol
