Hello Friends,
I am not an overclocker or anything but i am stuck at a problem and need your help. My i5 13400 does not boost to 4.6Ghz design frequency no matter what. Even under max load and low temp it does not boost. I really need someone who can help. Ive tried everything on youtube and previous posts on this subreddit. I am attaching pictures for your context of almost all my settings.

I use my pc only for gaming. If i have any other setting wrong please assist me in that too. I am not well versed in all this please be kind.
