Ok ignore most of these people because if you live in a country with frequent brown outs (like mine) then this could save your ass. Make sure that it’s rated properly and check grounding and make sure the output voltage is accurate with a multimeter or something. Judging by the universal outlets you’re probably in a place where this is more useful than most would think.

If you’re using a modern power supply, probably not really useful. Oh, 500V but they mean 500 VoltAmps. I forget the exact details, but I’d avoid using that for anything that needs more than 400 watts

Those receptacles are 230V, every PC PSU I’ve seen takes 120V, so you would have to add another adapter/transformer between. Would probably work, but would be a PITA.

It looks like this is a “relay” voltage stabilizer. Deadly for modern technology.
This is snake oil, and under unfortunate circumstances, it increases the chance of electronics being burned.
Such devices are needed for “rough” consumers. For example, incandescent lamps, boilers, tube TVs, that is, those devices that do not work well when there is a voltage deviation, but they do not care about deadly interference.

I would not recommend using it.
Based on the manufacturer [website](https://www.kebopower.com/popular-home-voltage-regulator-socket-type-sr-series-500va-1000va-1500va-2000va), it’s only rated for an output of 300W. Probably fine for most laptops, but not desktops.
