    It’s fine for a 7500F stable, mine can’t run 5.3 stable at 1.2 and 15.5K is normal for a R23 Score at 5.3

    You can try pushing it but the 7500Fs are almost definitely the worst 6C CCDs AMD has

    Poor 7500F. You shove 132W into a 65W CPU ?

    Why ? For the 5-8% at best ?

    And long term usage ? We dont know -right ? Might die tomorrow – might die in a year – who cares 😒
