– Move the monitors so that speaker arrangement can be more uniform for better sound stage.
– Cable management
– Monitor arms as others mentioned. Either individual arms for more freedom of placement or dual monitor arm.
– Speaker stands like iso-acoustics or some foam stands from audio store.

Rise your 2nd monitor, mirror the right speaker position (so u get a better audio and a spot for that mic). Evaluate “case behind 2nd monitor” option for more space and do some cable management.
