I believe Milo is fully playing a bit to inevitably reveal he's been in talks with Treyarch or Activision for this whole ARG. It's already weird enough that Kevin Drew came back just in time for this and teased Milo, but when literally everyone else turned away, Milo insisted there was more.
But to why I believe this was definitely a skit, through most of Milos stream he's covering the top right of his favorites or tabs. Hiding the fact he has two "Ikea Lights" on standby on his browser, probably linked to his phone too. This becomes noticeable near the end when he gets "taken". Lol
Ikea Light 1 is probably the first light behind him to go off followed by Ikea Light 2 which was his main room. Fair play and I hope this genuinely means he's going to be leading the marketing secrets for BO6 Zombies.
