You can always get jumpscared by them in the inventory after waking up with a date or any time you take off an outfit… but you can’t walk around without underwear!!!
Nah, I turn them off only when playing male V, since I have no intention to look at dude’s weiner every time I play around with outfits. When I play female V I keep them on though.
