Cyberpunk is a good contender. I also want to mention Minecraft because it it’s unique and genre-defining look.

I think Cyberpunk is the best, but also Elden Ring and The Last of Us Part II are fantastic, if we’re talking about a unique artstyle then maybe also Hi-Fi Rush… I might have missed something but I don’t know a lot of games so… sorry in advance.

While the city, models, and style of Cyberpunk 2077 are all immaculate, i must confess that some games, while being lesser in size and sheer scale, are even more beautiful in some areas like the little objects level of detail, or lighting, or ambience. To name a few:

Since all we can really do is comment on the objective quality of a games graphics without delving into subjective enjoyment of a particular art style, Cyberpunk 2077 is easily the best looking game, technically, that I’ve ever seen.
The sheer scale of what they’ve achieved with the engine and game world to the level of technical quality that it has is nothing short of amazing.
There are other games that I probably still prefer the art style to CB2077, but I do greatly enjoy the art in it as well.

Honestly for me it’s either CP 2077 or MW2019 both of those games just look stunning, even more noteworthy MW came out 5 year’s ago and still looks way better than any shooter I ever played (especially weapons and the animations)

Might be a hot take, but Modern Warfare (2019) with the HD (4K or 8K or something) texture pack on a big curved monitor is the greatest graphical experience I’ve had, with RDR2 a close second. Red Dead 2 might even be better, I just put a ton of time into MW.
Cyberpunk is definitely up there but it needs lighting mods to really shine imo
