First playthrough. I've never played a QD game, and I wanted to start with their first. Very unique, and I'm very much wrapped in the narrative in a way I haven't been for some time. Anybody have any love/ hate for this one?

10 out of 10? Maybe if multiple play throughs had different killers. Or the choices you made determine who the killer is. As is its fun, but I wouldn’t give it more than 7/10 on a first play through. 5/10 on subsequent play throughs.

One of my all time favorite games. First time a narrative game really got a hold of me. Not a perfect game at all, but the atmosphere and story engulfed me.

They put the girl in the centre as though she’s the main character. The game would be better if they cut her altogether, easily the worst character among a bunch of turds.

Idk, a lot of scenes seemed pointless and could be cut, the villain’s motivation doesn’t make much sense. The way the plot twist works is not great. A good plot twist is when a player is led to believe something that is not true, but not lied to. The game lies to you about what happened by manipulation of time and camera.
Also hated motion controls, QTE motion controls did not work more than half the time for me
It’s a very good one time play game.
Second time, you notice how slow and stupid some parts are.

I will always remember that glitch where you could make her permanently topless in the (hotel?) room
The controls and QuickTime events were rough but the story and the choices you’re forced to make along the way really make up for those deficiencies.
This was too much for what it was as a game.. I can never not think of this game, when someone tells me their name is Jason, lol
My dad saw an article that showed the main female character walking around literally butt naked and he took the game and sold it. LMAO. I was like 12.

Being able to romance Madison in just a total of idk two scenes is dumb.
