You must download additional pack of warzone.Check your store (or wherever you download game ) to download it.
Download from battlenet no from steam
If you bought the game, you also have to download the War Zone side separately too. You should find War Zone from the main screen.

It’s a limited time mode. This particular one has quite a lot of queue time. Are you having the same issue with other game modes? How long is “really long”?
Just stop, and que again until you see the ms speed popping up. When I see that for 5 seconds, I get out and start again. Up to 3 times and it starts queuing
If it says “connecting” for a long period – restart your queue. Its a bug that’s been around since 2019
