E cores at nearly 5 GHz is complete madness, they should be running at 2GHz max

Are people still hung up on Ghz?

  3. “We need to boost to +250w to compete with 100w CPUs.”

    Come on Intel.

What is ”core ultra 9 285k” and where does it rank against xx900k?

Is that going to fuck these ones too?

What the heck is that naming? Are they rebranding CPU line-up after the current scandals surrounding crashes in games with 13th and 14th gen CPUs?

  9. 19Chris96

Wow, they reset the model numbers. Now it will take at least 100 years to get back to the 10000 series again.

Legit might run crysis at a reasonable framerate, that game was built for clockspeed to increase to places it never has.

So what, a 101% fail rate on these guys?

  12. i think its time for some more efficiency and stability improvements.

So could my old Fx 8350. Granted it wasn’t the mist stable at that speed. And sucked down a lot of power.

Oh how the mighty have fallen.

I hope Intel can make a come back soon cause amd needs the competition.
