At the end of BO4 we witnessed the final conclusion to our beloved Aether storyline, a tale that spands over a decade. A story filled with mysteries, losses and outright fantastic characters. Something we have yet to see in newer zombies games after the days of Tag der Toten. Don't get me wrong – mechanically i love the new games, everything they have implemented movement and combatwise – top notch! But the story on the other hand, it just doesn't feel like zombies. The story is bland, and our characters have been replaced with simple preselected contractors, with stupid oneliners and nothing memorable whatsoever.
I personally have high hopes for BO6 Zombies, and are thrilled to see which direction they are taking the gamemode.
