I've seen people say that they don't really know male V from anything in real life. I'm from Ireland and immediately recognized his face from a popular Irish TV show. He was a pretty decent actor but didn't really have the look to pull off most roles. He's cast as a homeless (drug addict?) in Love Hate. Here's some footage.

Male and female V’s appearance comes from nowhere, it was created by CDPR, not a mocap actor. Gavin Drea gave him the VA but the character itself is not portrayed from a real person.
