Today I finally reached my goal of joining the top 100 leaderboard for my configuration, without a custom water cooling loop.

This was the test: https://www.3dmark.com/spy/49120013

My settings were:

CPU:

  • Power limits: 180W PPT, 140A TDC, 170A EDC
  • Voltage: 1.41V static voltage
  • Core clock: 4.7ghz all cores

GPU

  • Power limits: 400W, 440A TDC and +15% on the amd sw slider
  • Voltage: 1.2V static voltage
  • Core clock: 2760MHz max, 2660MHz min
  • VRAM: 2112MHZ with fast timings

RAM

  • 2×16 ddr4, 3866MHZ with timings 16-16-16-16-32-48

I don't recommend to do the same with the gpu, I was prepared to damage my hardware, the temps were really high and I don't think the reference cooler is ok cooling down those poor vrms dealing 450W power.

That said, I noticed this card want a huge ammount of watts, yesterday I thought voltage was the problem, but it wasn't, I only had to raise the power limit.

This sais, I hope this can be useful for you if you want to climb the 3dmark leaderboard as I did.
