   they have no reason to change to va they don’t have to find a new va which probably takes a lot of time and it’s probably not difficult to ask someone who has voiced the same iconic character for over 10 years.

   I’m pretty sure he also voiced him in CW’s intel, it was just impossible to tell because of the voice filter

   I think Rictofen will be the Dr Monty antagonist of bo6 and maybe in the last map we either play as him or unlock him as an operator to play on all maps
