I want to find this exact type of clamp for my desk I can't use a stand because it takes too much space. This was a study desk before and I kept it because it had drawers and it doesn't take up that much space.

One that nobody will sell cause it’s too unstable

  2. Imaginary? I have yet to see one with a vertical C clamp like that.

    That’s the stand you don’t want / can’t fit

A regular C clamp monitor arm will usually not take that much space as your Picture says it would. Its a fairly thin sheet of metal between the Desk and the wall.

  5. You’ve just drawn a regular stand with extra steps 🙁

I’ve had that same problem before, a desk that has to sit flush against the wall and adding a C clamp would make it uneven. I simply added another clamp on the other side of the desk to even it out. You can also shim it.

If you have an extra protrusion on your table then, you may have to go with the grommet style or remove the extra protrusion to fit a C clamp. Highly recommend that you share the actual picture of the table so we can be sure that a mount is the best route for you.

Wouldn’t trust that tbh. Even my boom arm that’s tightened onto my desk gets loose every so often.

I retrofitted parts of a clip on stand onto my desk and it’s looks awesome

  10. I’ve been using a couple of c clamps for years with no issues.
