If you add perks in nuketown, they should also spawn in faster, so like every 2 rounds. That being said, here’s what I’d add: a good version of deadshot, mule kick, stamin-up (of course), phd flopper, vulture aid and elemental pop. And if we’re making nuketown better, let’s add a wonder weapon in the meantime
Phd slider, max ammo machine, dead shot, double tap 1, death perception, and who’s who.
Winter’s Wail, Ethereal Razor, Dying Wish, Timeslip, PHD Slider, Elemental Pop.

I’d add Deadshot Daiquiri, Mule Kick, Electric Cherry, PHD Flopper, Who’s Who, and Tombstone since I think they’d be best for Nuketown and are already in other BO2 maps. Who’s Who and Tombstone could also be substituted for Stamin-Up, Widow’s Wine, Elemental Pop, or Death Perception.
Besides the main four perks and PaP
Stamin-Up – Getting to high rounds on Nuketown basically requires you to train zombies so I think Stamin-Up would help
Vulture Aid – It’d be easier to see what perk landed where if it landed in either the yellow or green houses so that way you don’t have to worry about letting your higher hopes going down the drain because you wasted your points only to find any perk except Jugg also the green gas and ammo drops would help a bit
Electric Cherry – I feel like the electricity that surrounds you when you reloading should at least give you a fighting chance on getting out of a tough spot instead of basically putting down your controller or taking your hands off the keyboard and letting the zombies have their way with you and earning a down
And finally an actual wonder weapon besides the ray gun mk 1 and 2 and monkey bombs would be cool like idk maybe a wonder weapon about radiation? I mean it would make sense since its Nuketown
Id put doubles that change ever so often. Just to fuck with people.
