Inspector Gadget would succeed hilariously through sheer dumb luck.
HK-47 would easily slot in so many disposable meatbags.

Good karma Shepard would struggle. Renegade Shepard would spend all his creds on Jig Jig Street and love Johnny.
So, one that would fail hilariously is the Terminator. They’re already used to dealing with fully borged out psychos, and the tech weapons would make short work of a T800’s armor. To say nothing of the frequency of EMPs.

I would say the lawnmower man would be the ideal netrunner, in it’s final form he may be more dangerous that alt or he even could have been the reason for the fall of the net.
Fun to watch would be Spiderman, he would fail so hard trying to save everybody until he either simply gives up or becomes the villain himself. Poor spidy.

While characters like Arthur Morgan, Michael De Santa, Trevor would probably suffer even tho they are sharp shooters or have special ability.
Austin Powers would come in with swagger and then turn beet red when he stepped on to Jig Jig Street.

I’d be willing to bet that Ratchet & Clank would hold their own in Night City
The Punisher would go crazy and turn into a cyberpsycho
Sombra from Overwatch would be great friends with Panam and she’d be able to solo Smasher, succeed with the heist (because she’d most likely lock Yori inside the elevator to buy themselves more time), etc.

Revenant from apex would fit in PERFECTLY as an Arasaka construct made for assassinations. His abilities could even be explained through the black wall and he already has the color scheme and ninja theme.
