I’ve killed one zombie only before. Done it twice recently but won’t work everytime I try it. Not sure how other than I knife them also

I’ve done it a few times. It’s a really jank hitbox that is very inconsistent. I’d say I can do it about 1 in 20 times. I’ve found that crouching and looking up sometimes helps
I think i was also able to kill one of the zombies around the top of the accelerator with a molotov?
That was back in 2021, so my memory’s hazy on this, but i know i’ve killed zombies in that area before.
