7800x3D, Hynix M Die, Downtuned 6400 kit to 6000 using buildzoid easy timings (https://youtu.be/dlYxmRcdLVw?si=0F1RG5i-Kj_7EVvZ)
Originally, I turned on base expo profile then downclocked, and put the timings on top of the expo profile. After a month of having it like that, I got input to just manually tune it instead of putting it on top of the base expo profile. So i turned off the expo profile and since what i manually tuned weren’t changed, i didnt have to change anything else (or so i thought). After a day of some stress tests, gaming etc, I suddenly realized that the expo profile would have set back the base primary timings (the primary timings were advised to be left alone and use whatever my memory kit came with, since i had expo on, the primaries were already set to auto, which was 32-39-39-102 so i didnt have to manually change it aside from tRAS since i manually changed that one acc to the video)
Just wanna ask, may be a bit obvious to some, but i’m really inexperienced, would having run stress tests and games with my ram being like that affect my ram or anything negatively?
(Also i have since tuned them to what primary timings my expo profile uses)
