Id like to recall my statement, as far as I know I’m missing two cars.
1. The shion coyote red variant (didn’t know you could betray Panam)
2. The car you get from beating El Caesar (I took his money instead)
I also bought every vehicle, I ended up using the same one throughout the game, only with the DLCs did I use the armed vehicles, but more for role play.
I know there’s at least a bus in the game. You probably have to mod to own it though. But if you don’t own the bus you technically don’t have it all.
