i5-4670k: how much is adjusting the BCLK Frequency going matter in terms of getting a stable voltage?

I thought I was stable at 4.5Ghz @ 1.415v but after a week it crashed on me. I upped it to 1.420v but I was wondering about the BCLK Freq, how much that would matter. Or, would adjusting the BCLK Freq allow me to get 4.45Ghz?
