I just bought a new chair and a new desktop mount( All black) which is on the way and I'm planning to buy a desk pad and a new keyboard(also black). Any advice on how I can make my setup cleaner?

Looks pretty clean already. Only thing I can think of is to mount that monitor, that will give you some more space (either wall mount or desk mount).
Edit: I meant monitor mount
which model is keyboard and mouse?
use cable ties for the many cable. 🙂
A nice rug could do the trick for me, the sound of dragging that mouse sends shivers down my spine
