I think it’s too sparse, even with a good artist it’ll just look like a bunch of random dots and shapes, especially from afar. Cyberware tattoos have a high chance of looking like shit imo, but the ones that do look good seem to have a lot of big chunky lines and super dark filled in areas.
Massive_Ad_9444
Yeah dude. Go get your shit fucked up and pay an exorbitant amount while doing so.

It’s your arm but I doubt anyone would be able to recognize what it is (or that it’s meant to sth at all)
nonplayablechloe
I just imagine someone with an actual prosthetic arm asking what the tattoo is. But also the finger bits will fade quick
Murderboi
Tatoo are for the weak. Get real cyberware.

Would be a pretty poor choice. Johnny’s also looks terrible on everyone who posts it here, but at least it’s noticeable.

I’m getting mantis blades. Only on my right arm. My left side is for alien tattoos.
Available_Branch4075
I think it would be badass if someone shaded it really well and added enough “depth” to make it look legit. Like hyper realistic. I’ve seen it done it just black ink and it’s not as cool, but it’s your skin! So do what you want. You could always add more cyber looking stuff to it later if it was too simple.
XxGamerxX0609
I think the only cyberwear that can look good as a tattoo is Mantis blades that look like they’re protruding out of your arm but that would also require a good artist to make look good and a good tattooist to transfer it from page to skin.
Hammpter
Bros getting fake mantis blades. I’m all serious ness though it would look cool if you got a good tattoo artist
RingOpen8464
Its a cool concept, but has a very high chance of being interpreted as random lines by someone who doesn’t know anything about them. I think they’re too sparce to be worth it sadly.
IceColdMeltdown
Why get a tatoo if you can get a prosthetic arm
Seriously though, I wouldn’t get it for myself, feels like there’s not enough; just some lines, bolts and serial numbers
coffeewitbagel
That would be badass. But gotta make sure the artist can execute that style
Maelstrom-Brick
Nah, I think you should get the word arm tattooed instead.
Burnin_Brass_81
So much negativity, it’s your arm get what you like. get a good artist and they will make it come alive. I’d recognize it
Slugbit
You’d need to add some inter locking plate lines to add somthing between the bolts othere wise itl be to sparse.
Think of it in universe, this is model version 10 right, so it looks more life like.
But you want less life like, so model 5 or 7. Interlocking plate, exposed actuators, maybe some sub assembly.
VIIIXXIIIMMX
Nah you’ll probably regret it later

I wanted to get the ballistic coprocessor on the palms, but ik it’ll fade like hell, so i probably wont
cmndr_spanky
No-one has ever regretted getting a tattoo of their favorite video game (sarcasm)

the only cyberpunk tattoos i would personally get would be a neck port and drive slots. Save the arms for colorful and meaningful pieces.
SonmiSuccubus451
Meet Hanako at Embers, the whole arm, it’ll look preem choom.

You don’t need a tattoo if you want someone else’s opinion on it. It’s your arm and skin
Billiethebattlecattl
In theory awesome but i dont know how well it would turn out in actuality
Free_Gascogne
I think its a great idea actually. Its kinda like the minimalist abstract tattoo. Get a good tat artist to make the divets look realistic. Where it would really look good is if you have lines where the joints are like the wrist and knuckles to really sell that ‘borg feel.
Beneficial_Boot_4697
As a homie, please don’t do it. Pop culture is cool but it ain’t just worth getting tatted. Get something that means something to you. Not just cause it looks cool. This tattoo won’t look good unless you pay A LOT for a good shader. Many of those areas are going to hurt like a mother effer. If you don’t have a secure career, don’t get hand tattoos.
Traditional-Party-76
It’s a big commitment since the details on the hand can’t be covered up with a sleeve. But you do you ! ⭐
nomatchingsox
Do not do that
Vithrasir
Look, you get what you want to get tattooed on you for your own sake. Asking other people’s opinions just means you’re not actually committed to a lifelong choice. That, in itself, should be the sign you’re looking for.
helloimrandomnumbers
Sever your then go to twitter headquarters and bribe elon to make you a cybernetic arm

What does your arm look like? Unless it’s completely bare with light skin and no hair, I don’t think it would be very noticeable as a tattoo.
