Egh.. most PCs never use all their slots. Many never use half of them. This looks like you are utilizing what you paid for. If anything, you got too large a case.

You can get an ITX case and everything is gonna look great
the ironic part is that ITX boards tend to be more expensive, not cheaper, than their mATX counterparts
consider downsizing to an ITX case in the future, such as the coolermaster NR200P or the ncase m2, your mini ITX motherboard is designed for a much smaller system

I will never understand getting anything besides an atx if the case supports it. Two slots of ram and cut down everything is just not it
