The Gpu cooked. If it happened while your pc was turned off, you might be able to save it, but it sounds like the shot already happened. You might need to get a new one ( the GPU and a girlfriend as well)

Precisely what I came here to say pretty much was covered by NaturallyFire.
Either dismantle it and clean it with isopropyl alcohol, or thoroughly rinse it in the stuff.
I’d go for the first, as it will strip the paste from any heat sink parts it can penetrate into and you will need to replace that if you are not very careful with your cleaning.
If the beer actually created a full on blow out and the circuits are permantly shorted out, you’re out of luck.
If it simply created a temporary short out, you can clean that off and it will run again.
Don’t try the card again until you clean it, as it’s possible to damage it further or permanently if you’re putting more electric through a circuit that is shorted out by liquid but not fully blown.
After cleaning, the isopropyl alcohol will slowly evaporate, but you can help that process a bit by blowing a fan over it or something.
I wouldn’t put it back in the slot till it was dry, personally which shouldn’t take look as it evaporates quite quickly.
It really could just be the beer created a temporary short that is still there due to liquid still in there, or it having dried on a bit sticky, and cleaning it off will bring the card back.
It could also be fried, and potentially very difficult to near impossible for most people to repair.
Even people that could do it probably wouldn’t bother unless it was pretty much completely non replaceable, but there are things like trace pens, and you can always buy new capacitors and stuff…if you know what you’re doing.
It’s worth a shot, and good luck.
Enough solid slaps on the backside might solve it. For the GPU I don’t know.

If it’s out of warranty then remove the shroud and heatsink and dunk the PCB in Alcohol, then blast it with compressed air and let it dry for a full 24 hours. If it doesn’t work then it’s GG.

Give it a scrub with a soft toothbrush and isopropanol alcohol.
The gpu is cooked, it’s basically impossible to get sticky dried beer out of it. Next move kill your gf and cook her or cook her alive (if you like the screams)
It’s probably dead, but you can try giving it a good wash with 90% or higher isopropyl. I ironically gave my keyboard a shower of ice coffee on Wednesday, and doing that resurrected it. Make sure to let it dry for at least overnight.
Open up the back-plate and clean it thoroughly using isopropyl alcohol. It might survive. Good luck!
