Once we reach 10 billion triangles per second the human eye will be (theoretically) at saturation point. The best possible now is around 1 billion triangles, but they’re working on it continuously and 10 billion by 2030 is probable. Unlikely the cost/benefit will justify the chip necessary for gaming. Personally, graphics are still blowing my mind just using a PS5 and the next step up will very likely be all I’ll ever want. Write A CommentYou must be logged in to post a comment.
