New or used. If used, this is not a good deal.
I was often wondering about games with RTX on. Can you see your character on any mirror in the game? Dirty or not? Say the shiny metal on Codsworth in Fallout 4?

Also, check newegg often for deals on m.2 ssds, I got a 1 tb m.2 for 20 bucks about a year ago and it works awesome.
Edit: also got a heat shield for it for 10 bucks.
Very nice score for a very good price. A few suggestions though…
Don’t just replace that 500gb. Get a 1/2tb or something like that and make it a secondary drive. Use the 500GB as your OS and install drive, then store all your games on the second drive.
A potential drawback is that CyberBron power supply. My suggestions would be to upgrade the PSU when you can to something a bit more reliable. It’s not bad, it’s not great. It’s just okay. I used to have a MarbleBron 750W (technically still do, it’s in my basement) and replacing it fixed a few of my stability issues at full load.
I’d also suggest replacing the cooler. Thermalright has a lot of[ very good](https://www.amazon.com/Thermalright-Peerless-TL-C12CW-S-Aluminium-Technology/dp/B09YSZ4ZG6/) and [cost effective](https://www.amazon.com/Thermalright-Refined-SE-Technology-AX120/dp/B09LHBFPJ6) options that would make your system run a bit cooler and also improve your airflow a bit.
Not me selling a 3060ti + ryzen 5 5600x for $700 😭
