The map needs an overhaul top to bottom. Nothing too crazy but, it needs to not be left like that

the map has all these bad features like the fog because the xbox 360, ps3 and wii u could not handle the map properly. removing these buffers in a remaster or reimagine would give us a look into what the map could have been

Here me out- TranZit but Buried. It’s a Subway System instead. That way the areas between will just be lava pits. Denizens have to go. Or at least a hell hound round but with Denizens instead.

I’m on a little bit of the other side. Fog is too easy and they need to up the ante. Knuckles and Bowie knife 1 hit before they latch on. If you still have basic knife holding/using turbine to knife faster is an okay substitute early game.
I want Natch to be there in full with a side egg or main Easter egg making it a stop in the bus path. Some areas need an expanse desperately like the tunnel and power. More town stores would be cool along with pack getting a room or two branching off the lanes making it feel more like the underground of Five. They could add a brand new stop or make tunnel its own area. Ideally for me I hope the Easter Egg is repeatable, possible sole, and not rely on a box item that only one person can get like Buried. More side eggs and buildable are cool but they have to be usable unlike the electric conduit or the mower machine gun. Banking system not to be so overpowered, weapon fridge should be allowed, and some perma perks are cool (sniper kills should be capped at 200). Let me know what you think

They’d simply have to make the bus viable.
Pay $500 to operate it and/or call it. It’d also fix the lack of doors, because you’d need to spend money on the bus.

Yea. Denizens need to go, and the fog needs to be pulled back a bit. I used to remember them fondly due to nostalgia, but I recently played tranzit and quit at like round 18 because of that stuff.

Because the only reason it’s there in the original was to stop the player from seeing the map visibly load in in the distance
With modern hardware, this isn’t a problem in the first place, so the fog wouldn’t be required in a potential remake.

Look up YouTube videos of people playing TranZit without fog enabled. It’s so much more visually striking and really opens your eyes to the destruction around you. Also the deep blacks and orange you notice without the fog gives Halloween vibes.
IMHO, it would make the map feel less disjointed and more cohesive as a whole, while making traversing the map by foot a more appealing option. I also think the fog takes away from the ambiance of the map, I think a near silent burnt out and destroyed world, ravaged by hordes of the undead under a dark sky is provides a far more engaging experience than the fog does. Instead of denizens, we should have gotten feral zombie pigs (a nod to five pig) in the sections between POIs.

Because TranZit haters don’t know what the fuck they’re talking about.

Depends on the location. Cornfield, no. Town, replace it with more smoke from the lava but clear it up to be more smoke plumes, at the diner, yes. At the farm, yes. At the lab, yes. Between areas, no. Like the fog/smoke needs to be properly placed.
SunGodRex
The map was suppose to show the night sky and the beautiful stars , however consoles couldn’t handle it so they added fog

Transit has a multitude of features that need fixing if it gets remastered. The bus is too unreliable and slow, most of the time it’s not there when you need to move and even when it is, it’s a Deathtrap on high rounds. Demisens and fog need to go, their only use was to slow down the players and slow is the opposite of what the map should be. Pack a punch needs to be fixed, it’s buggy and unreliable, it’s fun in theory but in execution it’s annoying. Map needs a good reliable fast travel, it’s not fun jumping in to portals 20 times to try and get a decent teleport, especially in multiplayer, if someone goes down they’re basically dead.
