Nah it’s not made up it’s legit. Y’all can believe me or not but your clan tag changes like that when you get reported.

Mine has done that before, happens when you get put in a server that crashes or you crash and bad player data gets saved. In this case the buttons you hit before or when you crashed

been changing mine also.. and just completely removing it.

Check linked accounts on https://profile.callofduty.com/ just in case. It could be someone playing on your account
