Can’t imagine why they had to knock $600 off the price, that beast has a 3050 in it!!

What did you expect from JB? Their computers are so old half of their shit on display is discontinued.

I had a friend buy from Harvey Norman a year ago and the PC was 3x what I could build slightly better. Retail in general is preying on the uninformed.

Even if it did have good components, that case would choke’em out

This is AUD for any really confused Americans. It’s still a shit deal, but not quite at insane as 1799 USD for a 3050 lol

    it’s jb-hifi .. what would you expect?

  8. campbellsimpson

    It’s a pre-built Asus, JB doesn’t set the price.

We don’t really have any stores in Australia that you can walk into and buy a white-label desktop PC with components anywhere near competitive prices.

Build your own or ask a specialist PC store to build one for you.

~1200 USD. listed price is AUD. feel like OP should have clarified. still a terrible deal regardless

  10. Overpriced is not a scam. Please learn the difference.

  12. Acrobatic_Detail_317

JB HiFi are notorious for this sort of shit, especially with their monitors

Your all forgetting the fancy case adds 37fps and hypersonic boot speeds

Come on now, this would have been a good deal two years ago if it were half the price

Always lol when I see these. It’s more of an asus pricing problem though when JB. Basically $22-2400 anywhere and on sale well JB is the cheapest I’ve found from a quick look.

    A 13900f with… 8gb of ram? And a 3050? … and a 512gb ssd? Why does this poor thing exist?

  17. SomeNectarine7976

It’s not 2020-2021. That’s all you need to tell them

  18. RexorGamerYt

It’s a ROG strix pc so it has all ROG strix parts right?

    Seller: about that…

  19. Why are they still putting 8gb of ram in towers in 2024?
