I'm new to hardware and I've had this problem for 4 months. On my old PC (3080ti, i7 10700k) I didn't have any problems like that, some of them were very simple to fix.
I don't know what the name of this problem is, if it's Lag, stutter or Spike.
They are in almost all games, the only one that was saved was Ghost of Tsushima, it ran really well.
Settings:
-Rtx 4090 Strix white
-i9 13900k
-Z790 Asrock Steel Legend wifi
-Ram 64gb (2×32) 6400mhz Corsair
-Thermaltake 1050w snow
-SSD PNY CS3140, 4TB
-Water Cooler Thermaltake Toughliquid 360
The memories are working at 5600 as Intel recommends, but I have already tested at 6400mhz and the problem continues.
I tested something simple:
Vsync on/off
Gsync on/off
Bios default
Update Bios
Windows power plan.
Rebar
Hags
VRR
Clean reinstallation
W11
W10
Play without internet
Bluetooth disabled
Change location (currently A2, B2)
Replacing the GPU power cable
I only changed the power supply parts, I don't have friends with a similar PC.
If anyone has been through this and can help me with some tips, I would be grateful.
