Watch the clip frame-by-frame. He literally does not appear on your screen until he starts shooting. In the kill-cam he’s preaiming you for a half-second but on your screen he doesn’t appear until he starts shooting.
It’s the garbage servers, the lighting is just the icing on the cake of this shitshow of a game.
