Hello,
After delidding my ryzen 7800x3d I noticed no temperature difference at all.
I tried using the thermal grizzly high performance heatspreader with conductonaut extreme in bewteen the die and IHS an still exact same temps as pre-delid.
Now I'm using the thermal grizzly mycro direct die with conductonaut extreme to minimize the distance/layers that heat has to go through and still I see no temp decrease at all.
I reapplied the LM to be sure but everything seems fine.
Does anyone have any idea what can be causing this?
The temps are fine for sure but I find it really strange that going from stock IHS to direct die yielded no difference at all.
