Just before Ashika was taken out of rotation my operator keeps jittering to hip fire despite holding ads. Lost so many gun fights because of this. My controller works completely fine in all other games and the jittering only happened when shooting enemies. Noticed it immediately after an update. Is there any fix?

First easy check would be plug in a different controller and see if same thing persists. If it does persist it’s likely a setting problem if it doesn’t persist it could be the controller is faulty. Not definitive but it’s what I would say is a base point to test check.
i would check trigger deadzones setting if another controller works fine
Anecdotally I have been experiencing this a little on mouse and keyboard the last couple days
If you are using an Xbox elite controller, use the middle trigger stop. The short trigger stop did this to me as well.
