First two pictures show stress levels during a weekend I only played Warzone in, second two pictures show a day where I went to the office, another day where I worked from home (didn’t touch Warzone), lol this game is so stress-inducing it’s insane

The stress level is basically calculated using HR, Resting HR, HRV, and a few other factors, it’s insane to me that being at the office, at a “fast-paced environment lol” is practically more relaxing than playing Warzone, I get on average higher HR while playing Warzone than working either at home or in the office.
The weekend I posted above is the weekend where I sweated my balls off in the WSOW, ended up top 1000, but I really locked in all the way through and we played the whole day. The day I didn’t move at all (you can see there are no walking and there are 2 flames) is the day I worked from home, the day that has a lot of flames and a lot of walking is where I worked in the office.

Which app are you using? Or how you getting those measures? 🧐

I’m not surprised. Unless your office is full of sweats talking absolute verbal diarrhea while dropshotting you at every turn, then I would say your stress is properly directed. The fucking kar98 lives in my dreams man.
