Hi everyone, new to overclocking here so no information is too basic!

I've had my PC for a HEFTY amount of time, and am trying to get the most of it before I decide to either upgrade it, or scrap it for another build (or just upgrade if I get too lazy). Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7 6700K
GPU: 8GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070
RAM: 32GB DDR4 RAM
Power: Corsair 800W Liquid
Drives: 2TB 7200RPM SATA HDD + 250GB SSD
On an MSI motherboard, this rig has been amazing to me on everything from Minecraft to Smite. The game that decided to make performance issues known was Crab Champions, funnily enough.

I watched this video: https://youtu.be/6bjrKFiIWlU
And ran CPU-Z before changing and after changing (i actually changed it first and then downloaded CPU-Z but the numbers looked as follows:

CPU-Z at 40: the Core voltage hovers on 1.5

He wasn't a huge help but I hope you guys can be.

Basically summarizes my question. If my CPU on default settings shows the above stats, is this okay? and if it is does this mean the overclocking is fine? The guy on YT did not manually set the core voltage, and just left it on [Auto]. Please advise and thank you in advance for any help!
